The Alexander County Board of Elections has announced the filing period for Soil & Water Conservation District Supervisor candidates opened on Monday, June 8, and will continue through 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 6.
Two seats on the Soil & Water Conservation District Board of Supervisors will be on the ballot in the November 3 General Election. The incumbents currently serving in those seats are Bryant Chapman and Eugene White. Supervisors serve four-year terms.
The filing fee for Soil & Water Conservation District Supervisor is $5.
