ALEXANDER COUNTY, NC (November 4, 2020) — With 100 percent of precincts reported in Alexander County, the unofficial General Election results are complete. Eighty-two (82) percent of Alexander County’s registered voters cast a ballot in this year’s election (20,221 out of 24,659).
For Alexander County Board of Commissioners (two seats), Jeffrey Peal (R) led the way with 14,257 votes (42.49 percent) followed by Josh Lail (R) with 14,102 (42.03 percent).
For Alexander County Board of Education District 1, Scott Bowman retained his seat with 3,855 votes (68.55 percent).
For Alexander County Board of Education District 3, Ramie Robinson led the way with 1,649 votes (67.01 percent).
For Alexander County Board of Education District 4, Brigette Rhyne retained her seat with 4,003 votes (98.02 percent).
For Alexander County Board of Education District 4 (Unexpired Term), Marty Loudermilt won with 4,276 votes (98.5 percent).
For Alexander County Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisor, Colby Herman won with 15,688 votes (98.47 percent).
