January 7, 2021 — Larry Yoder, Chairman of the Alexander County Board of Commissioners, recorded a video to share information about the COVID-19 vaccine, and how citizens can use the dedicated vaccine hotline (828-352-7724) or an online form (www.alexandercountync.gov/covid) to help get the vaccination. In addition, Chairman Yoder asks everyone to be patient and understanding during this unprecedented time in our history because our health department and emergency services personnel are working as hard as they can to provide vaccinations to our citizens.
